The Point of Care Testing Lead is responsible for the evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of all phases of specimen testing and results. This includes waived, moderate complexity, high complexity, and provider performed microscopy testing. Regulatory requirements will be monitored for compliance to ensure that quality results are obtained. Leads the technical functions and assists with the administrative activities in the clinical laboratory.

The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $28.19 to $42.28 per hour. Exact rate is determined on a case-by-case basis commensurate with experience level, as well as education and certifications pertaining to each position which may be above the listed job requirements.
