Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Point of Care Testing Specialist to oversee all point of care and waived testing outside the Laboratory Departments for our Atlanta area team.

Applicants must hold MT/MLS certification (ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, HHS) and have at least one year of clinical laboratory experience, along with successfully passing a Color-Acuity screening test and the ability to implement procedures per standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have state recognized MT/MLS certification.
• At least one year of clinical laboratory experience.
• All applicants must pass Color-Acuity screening test.
• Ability to perform clinical laboratory procedures according to standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for all point of care and waived testing outside Laboratory Departments.
