The role supervises Point-of-Care testing and Quality Assurance programs, partnering with department leaders to implement new initiatives, monitor performance, and drive data-driven improvements.

You will train staff and support regulatory and financial objectives. The successful candidate will coordinate with medical directors and leadership to ensure patient care excellence

Qualifications

• Supervises and administers Point-of-Care testing and QA programs.
• Develops corrective action plans and monitors performance.
• Trains and educates personnel in Point-of-Care and Quality activities.

Responsibilities

• Collects and evaluates performance data to inform actions.
• Assists in training and education of personnel in Point-of-Care and Quality activities.
• Supports the department Director to meet objectives on service, quality, regulatory, and financial goals.
