Advocate Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist to oversee Point of Care Testing across hospital and off-site locations. You will provide technical oversight for POC instruments and mentor staff to ensure competency and high performance.
You will coordinate with Laboratory, Nursing and Diagnostic Service teams, maintain QA/QC programs, and drive quality improvement initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance across the site.

Monday through Friday business hours. Weekend and holiday may be required occasionally to support site needs.
Pay Range:
$33.05 - $49.60
License/Registration/Certification Required: Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification.
American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP BOC) or equivalent
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or other related field.
Experience Required: Typically requires 3 years of experience as a working laboratory professional.
