Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an Ambulatory Registered Nurse to support podiatry patients in the ambulatory clinic setting. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practice and collaborate with the podiatrist and interdisciplinary teams.

This full-time role requires an RN with BLS and an active license; BSN preferred. Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm with travel between Indian Trail, Rea Village and Waxhaw locations; compensation aligns with 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Current RN license in good standing and BLS certification.
• BSN preferred and cardiology/podiatry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Promote safety and quality initiatives within the care team.
• Document accurately in the EHR and communicate with families.
• Float to other units as required to meet patient needs.
