Job summary

VA Puget Sound Health Care System seeks a Podiatrist Program Manager for the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) team within the Mental Health Clinic at the Seattle Division. The role oversees development, implementation, and oversight of complex clinical care programs across multiple sites, leading psychologists, physicians, social workers, nurses, and other professionals.

The position emphasizes program evaluation, quality improvement, and policy oversight, with standard M-F

Qualifications

Program management experience leading complex clinical programs.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (psychologists, physicians, social workers, nurses, etc.).
Ability to develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures for treatment teams.
Experience conducting program evaluation and quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Provides broad program management responsibilities including leadership in development, implementation, evaluation, and oversight of a complex clinical care program.
Leads a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, physicians, social workers, nurses, etc.).
Responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of policies and procedures for the treatment team.
Conducts ongoing program evaluation and quality improvement projects.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Telework: AdHoc; Virtual: Not a virtual position.
