VA Puget Sound Health Care System seeks a Podiatrist Program Manager for the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) team within the Mental Health Clinic at the Seattle Division. The role oversees development, implementation, and oversight of complex clinical care programs across multiple sites, leading psychologists, physicians, social workers, nurses, and other professionals.

• Program management experience leading complex clinical programs.

• Ability to develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures for treatment teams.
• Experience conducting program evaluation and quality improvement projects.

• Leads a multidisciplinary team (psychologists, physicians, social workers, nurses, etc.).
• Responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of policies and procedures for the treatment team.
• Conducts ongoing program evaluation and quality improvement projects.
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Telework: AdHoc; Virtual: Not a virtual position.

The VAPSHCS is a multi-site medical center that includes a major-medical facility in Seattle - WA - outpatient and residential facilities at the American Lake division in Tacoma - WA and seven Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC's) spread throughout the Puget Sound area.
