Job summary

Britt Medical is recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a podiatry practice in northwestern Illinois. This employed, physician-led model offers management of an independent clinical panel and focus on non-operative foot and ankle care, including fractures, sprains, tendonitis, diabetic foot evaluations, wound care, and injections.

There is an opportunity to assist in the operating room, with a shared call schedule and strong clinical support staff.

Qualifications

• Podiatry APP experience preferred.
• NP will manage an independent clinical panel.
• Focus on non-operative foot and ankle care, including fracture care, tendonitis, diabetic foot evaluations, wound care, joint injections, and nail care.

Responsibilities

• Manage an independent clinical panel.
• Provide non-operative foot and ankle care within a podiatry practice.
• Assist in the operating room if interested.
• Collaborate with podiatric physicians and RNs, LPNs, and medical assistants.

An independent, community hospital in northwestern Illinois is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established podiatry practice within an employed physician-led model.


Position Highlights:

• Podiatry APP experience preferred
• Established practice with strong patient volume from day one
• NP will manage an independent clinical panel
• Focus on non-operative foot and ankle care, including:
  • Fracture care and ankle sprains
  • Tendonitis and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Diabetic foot evaluations
  • Wound care management
  • Joint injections
  • Nail care procedures
• Opportunity to assist in the operating room if interested
• Shared call schedule (1:4)
• Strong clinical support staff including RNs, LPNs, and medical assistants
• Current team includes 2 podiatric physicians and 1 nurse practitioner

Compensation/Benefits:

• Salary range: $120K – $180K
