Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide podiatric-focused care in long-term care, nursing home, and senior living facilities in Peoria, IL. The NP will work part-time with flexible scheduling and competitive pay plus benefits.

Responsibilities include assessing and treating foot and lower limb conditions, diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and educating patients on mobility. You will document visits using NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in NP and accredited NP program completed.
• Active RN license plus NP certification (ANCC or AANP).
• 2–5 years’ experience in podiatry post-training preferred.
• Long-term care/nursing home experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation

Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Based on 50 working weeks per year, estimated annual earnings range from $22,000-$34,000 per day per week worked (e.g., 1 day/week = $22,000-$34,000 annually; up to 5 days/week = $110,000-$170,000 annually). Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance. A comprehensive overview of our compensation structure will be provided during the interview process.
