Job summary
Preferred Podiatry Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide podiatric care in long-term care and senior living facilities. You will assess and treat foot and lower limb conditions, focusing on diabetic foot care and mobility education.

Qualifications
- Master's degree + accredited NP program (required).
- Active RN license + NP certification (ANCC or AANP required).
- 2-5 years' podiatry experience (preferred).
- Long-term care/nursing home experience (preferred).
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
- Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education.
- Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes.
- Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad.
