Medical Director Services PC in Alabama seeks compassionate Podiatrists (DPMs) to provide podiatric care in Skilled Nursing Facilities. Flexible schedule options—from one day a week to full-time—are available, with the company handling scheduling, billing, and patient coordination.

You'll treat residents with routine podiatric care, nail procedures, diabetic foot evaluations, and prevention, using EMR systems like PointClickCare and SigmaCare.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted podiatry license in the state of employment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Reliable transportation to your assigned facilities.
• Skilled Nursing Facility experience is a plus, but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality podiatric care to residents in SNFs.
• Routine foot care, nail debridement, and callus reduction.
• Diabetic foot evaluations and preventative foot care.
• Patient education and treatment recommendations.
• Documentation using facility EMRs (PointClickCare, SigmaCare).
