Job summary

360care seeks a compassionate podiatrist to deliver mobile foot care across geriatric and underserved communities. You will perform clinical assessments, provide treatment, and ensure patient dignity in daily care settings.

Travel to skilled nursing facilities is required; you will coordinate with facility staff, manage scheduling, and document care in the EMR with accuracy and empathy.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile podiatry care for geriatric and underserved communities.
• Make clinical decisions focused on patient dignity and quality of life.

Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:

• Diabetic Foot Care
• Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
• Pressure Alleviation Recommendations
• Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers
• Heel, Ankle and Foot Pain
• Toenail clipping, debridement and removal
• Routine nail and footcare

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state
