Job summary

360care is seeking a licensed podiatrist to provide high-quality care across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will focus on geriatric patients, perform diabetic foot care, wound management, and routine foot/ toenail treatments, while our teams handle scheduling, billing, and coordination.

The role requires travel to facilities, strong empathy, and excellent communication. Flexible scheduling is offered with no on-call requirements, supporting compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
  • Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
  • Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide podiatry care for geriatric and underserved residents.
  • Make clinical decisions and focus on patient care while support teams handle others.
  • Deliver diabetic foot care, wound care, and routine foot/ toenail treatments.
  • Collaborate with facility staff and Care Coordination for scheduling and records.

Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:

  • Diabetic Foot Care
  • Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
  • Pressure Alleviation Recommendations
  • Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers
  • Heel, Ankle and Foot Pain
  • Toenail clipping, debridement and removal
  • Routine nail and footcare

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
  • Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state

  • Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities
  • Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting
