The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, empathy for residents, and travel between facilities with remote tech support available as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
• Willingness to travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Experience using EMR for notes and charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatry care to geriatric residents in facilities.
• Make clinical decisions while 360Care handles scheduling and billing.

Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:

• Diabetic Foot Care
• Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
• Pressure Alleviation Recommendations

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state

• Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting
