Job summary

360care is seeking a mobile podiatrist to deliver high-quality podiatry services in geriatric and underserved communities across partnered facilities. You will perform care directly at the patient site, making clinical decisions with autonomy while benefiting from 360care's support for scheduling and billing.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient interaction, travel to facilities, and collaboration with a clinical director for mentorship and guidance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide geriatric podiatry care in facilities and clinics.
• Make clinical decisions while focusing on patient dignity and quality of life.
• Coordinate with support teams to streamline scheduling, billing, and IT support.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities as required.

Our Podiatry Services include but are not limited to:

• Diabetic Foot Care
• Fall Risk Assessment and Interventions
• Pressure Alleviation Recommendations
• Venous, Pressure and Traumatic Wounds and Ulcers

Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine
