Butterfly Network, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Development and Validation Manager to translate clinical needs from Point of Care Ultrasound customers into validated, market-ready solutions.

You will drive clinical validation, test planning, and cross-functional collaboration across Imaging, Systems, Software, and Marketing teams. The role requires building relationships with clinical influencers, managing validation activities through development lifecycles, and providing clinical input to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of R&D experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree in Biomedical or Ultrasound preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing Ultrasound Medical Imaging and Medical Technologies in diverse clinical environments with ARDMS certification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in diagnostic ultrasound with POCUS Market Expertise; RDMS/RVT/RDCS required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer engagements, focus groups, user groups and advisory boards to define commercial needs.
• Work with clinical specialists and engineering teams to validate design outputs.
• Define, document and execute Clinical Validation tests with traceability to requirements.
• Create and distribute plans and reports to support product development timelines.
• Participate in system life cycle and software integration testing.
• Provide cross-functional input to design and development processes.
