Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in SCM or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, contract terms, and supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage PO activity for an assigned group of suppliers from order placement to delivery.
• Track PO status, delivery updates, costs, and invoice-related issues.
• Collaborate with buyers, accounts payable, and suppliers to move POs efficiently.
• Resolve invoice-to-PO variances and identify cost discrepancies.
• Support drop ship PO processes and coordinate with internal teams.
