Atlas is seeking a Contract Admin to manage PO/CO processing across multiple databases, analyze terms and conditions, and load demand into the MRP system. You will assist program managers and liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely information on engineering changes and expedited requirements.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and MRP systems.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.

• Enter PO/COs within 24 hours and notify leaders if delayed.
• Communicate with customers and program managers to resolve issues.
• Maintain positive relationships with buyers and customers.
• Document transactions and concerns accurately.
• Support ECO and MRP related tasks as required.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX in daily tasks.
