DAHLIN Architecture | Planning | Interiors in Bellevue, WA seeks a Director of Interior Design to lead strategic BD and market leadership for the Pacific Northwest. This hybrid doer-seller role combines high-level design expertise with business development, stakeholder management, and revenue growth.

You'll cultivate executive relationships with developers, owners, and partners, guide pursuit strategies, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional client experiences from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• CID certification preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in design firms.
• 10+ years of business development experience.
• Experience working in the Pacific Northwest.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute interior design business development strategy for the Pacific Northwest.
• Leverage an established network to generate new client relationships and project opportunities.
• Lead business development efforts with architectural leaders and the firm’s marketing team.
• Build relationships with developers, owners, municipalities, brokers, consultants, contractors, and industry influencers.
• Mentor interior designers and project leaders in business development and client engagement.
• Drive revenue growth and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
