DAHLIN Architecture | Planning | Interiors seeks a Director – Interior Design to lead market development for the Pacific Northwest. This hybrid doer-seller role combines strategic relationship-building with deep interior design expertise to grow revenue and brand leadership.

The ideal candidate has a strong network among developers, owners, builders and investors in the Pacific Northwest, plus a track record of winning new business and guiding projects from pursuit through delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
CID certification preferred.
10+ years of management and leadership experience in design firms.
10+ years of business development experience.
Experience in the Pacific Northwest.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute market development strategies for the Pacific Northwest interior design market.
Lead business development and client relationship efforts with developers, owners, and investors.
Mentor interior designers and project leaders in business development and client engagement.
Collaborate with leadership, practice leaders, and marketing to position DAHLIN competitively.
