Credence has an upcoming need for a Program Analyst (Acquisition) in support of the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program. The PM PNT provides a range of services to the Army, including program management, engineering, logistics, and acquisition support for PNT systems.

Salary Range

Full pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year, with the starting wage determined based on candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

• Develop, review, and provide recommendations for classified and unclassified PM PNT products including program objectives, schedules, budgets, requirements analysis, and policy implementation.
• Prepare data and analysis for planning and budget documents to evaluate issues and defend programs.
• Attend and document proceedings of various program meetings, providing recommendations as needed.
• Review, recommend, and update program documentation supporting acquisition processes and long-term planning.
• Develop and maintain program documentation compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
• Assist in short- and long-range financial planning for the program.
• Identify and review changes to policies and procedures related to acquisition.
• Provide updates and schedule estimates at meetings and reviews, including program reviews and product reviews.
• Plan, coordinate, and prepare reports and minutes for program events.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with five years’ experience in systems acquisition, budgeting, and scheduling, especially programmatic acquisition including POM, P&R forms, and spend plans.
• Understanding of Army and ASC planning and execution systems.
• Experience with DoD/Army acquisition program analysis and financial systems like cPROBE, CCAR, GFEBS, P-Forms, and RDTE summaries.
• Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Program Management or similar operations experience preferred.
• Experience with PPBE process, scheduling, and requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Up to 25% travel may be required.
