Credence has an upcoming need for a Program Analyst (Acquisition) in support the Army Positioning, Navigation and Timing (PM PNT) System Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program. The PM PNT provides administrative, business management, programmatic contracting, information technology (IT), program management, engineering, logistics, test and evaluation (T&E), training, operations, security, technology protection, foreign military sales, and acquisition and strategic planning services to the Army director PNT systems.
The SETA services provided to PM PNT shall support the planning, development, management, sustainment, and execution of the U.S. Army's PNT portfolio. PM PNT provides coordinated PNT system of systems architecture and associated PNT products for the Army's mounted and dismounted platforms. PM PNT is the Army's lifecycle manager for the Mounted Assured PNT System (MAPS), Dismounted Assured PNT System (DAPS), Assured Protection and ALTNAV Technology Development; and the Resiliency and Software Assurance Measures (RSAM)., as well as any future PNT efforts in both the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS).
Full pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year, with the starting wage determined based on candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.
Bachelor's degree in a specialized field with five years' experience in systems acquisition, budgeting, and scheduling Specifically experience in Programmatic Acquisition, that includes POM, P&R forms, spend plans within the last 5 years.
Must have experience with DoD/Army acquisition program analysis such as
developing annual spend plans, conducting or supporting budget execution activities, utilizing financial systems such as cPROBE, CCAR, and GFEBS as well as Procurement Backup Book (P-Forms) and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Descriptive Summaries (RDTE, or R-Forms).developing/writing budget justification documents (P&R forms), developing/supporting the development of acquisition documentation (Program Office Estimates, Acq Strategy, etc.), acquisition program reporting (DAES, SAR, MAR, DAVE, etc.) developing POM strategies.
