Roles at this level are filled by recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills. Includes individuals joining the organization through a Corporate development/training program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Bachelor's degree required.
No required certifications.
For C&IB employees: Public Finance - SIE, Series 7, 63 & 79 within 180 days of employment. For PNCI employees: Series 7 and 66 (or 65 and 63) and relevant state Life & Health Insurance licensure within 180 days of employment.
Base Salary: $39,100.00 – $126,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education.
