Work Experience

Roles at this level are typically filled by recent university or college graduates with little or no professional experience but relevant skills. This includes individuals joining through a corporate development or training program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Certifications: No required certifications

Licenses: For C&IB employees: Public Finance - SIE, Series 7, 63 & 79 within 180 days of employment. For PNCI employees: Series 7 and 66 (or 65 and 63) and relevant state Life & Health Insurance licensure within 180 days of employment.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $39,100 – $126,500. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, skills, experience, and education.
