Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or higher per state requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of nurse educator experience.
• Familiarity with ABHES, IBHE, and IDFPR compliance requirements; strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and monitors the practical nursing program for regulatory compliance.
• Ensures curriculum materials meet ABHES/IDFPR standards.
• Manages clinical site partnerships for student placements.
• Maintains student-teacher ratios per ABHES standards.
• Oversees staffing and scheduling for the PN program.
• Monitors student progress, performance, and attitudes.
• Coordinates classroom activities, guest speakers, and field trips.
• Ensures safety and compliance with program policies and regulations.
