Job summary

HKA is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support PMWeb implementations for major construction and infrastructure projects, while contributing to BI initiatives using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

The role targets professionals with implementation or technology consulting experience who can own client-facing work, improve project data management, and deliver reporting solutions across PMWeb and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to facilitate meetings.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and creating configuration or training docs.
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams and deliverables with limited supervision.
• Experience with PMWeb or similar project management platform and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on capital program processes and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering and document business, configuration, and reporting needs.
• Configure PMWeb environments and contribute to solution design activities.
• Deliver BI initiatives using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related technologies.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, user training sessions, and client-facing discussions.
• Manage workstreams, schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and forecasts.
