Job summary

HKA is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support PMWeb implementations for large construction and infrastructure projects, while contributing to Business Intelligence initiatives using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

This role is ideal for professionals with implementation or technology consulting experience who can own client-facing work, helping clients improve how they manage projects, data, and reporting across PMWeb, BI tools, and project technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology consulting or software implementation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of construction, infrastructure, engineering, or project delivery environments.
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams and priorities with limited supervision.
• Experience documenting business processes and training materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to facilitate meetings.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on capital program processes and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering and document business, configuration, reporting, and customization requirements.
• Configure PMWeb environments and contribute to solution design activities.
• Deliver BI initiatives using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related technologies.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, user training sessions, and client-facing discussions.
• Manage assigned workstreams, schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and forecasts.
• Utilize HKA delivery tools and implementation methodologies to support successful project execution.
• Troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with internal consultants, technical specialists, and leadership teams throughout project delivery.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, process improvement, and practice development initiatives.
