Job summary

Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Project Manager to support IT initiatives within the SOCOM Information Environment at Fort Bragg, NC. The PM will plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and close projects delivering new or enhanced IT capabilities for USSOCOM, Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and deployed forces.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and close IT projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, risks, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities with Government stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure project objectives align with mission priorities and contractual requirements.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports for leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings and coordinate action items.
• Support transition of completed projects into operational environments.
• Maintain project documentation and configuration records.
• Apply project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance project execution
