• 2) Active PMP (copy of the certification required)
• 3) Strong experience driving app modernization projects through SDLC and coordinating with development teams (nice to have: experience with modernizing transaction platforms through a partial rewrite using microservices and modularization)
• Ideal Candidate Profile: Seeking an experienced Project Manager with an active PMP certification and a strong background in enterprise technology modernization, banking/financial systems, process transformation, or large-scale program delivery. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business divisions, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders. Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping/re-engineering, stakeholder management, cross-functional dependency management, Agile delivery, and executive communication, with the ability to drive complex initiatives from planning through implementation.
