• Experience leading contractor staff and program management fallback.

Responsibilities

• Act as Deputy Program Manager in the Program Manager's absence.
• Ensure contractor staff comply with conduct and internal controls.
• Manage all contract operations to meet or exceed requirements.
• Track costs, schedule and performance for all tasks and reporting.
• Lead continuous service delivery improvement activities.
• Resolve problems with minimal disruption to contract activities.
