Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, is seeking a PMO Technician in Hospitality to support multi-project delivery and customer collaboration. The role emphasizes keeping implementation schedules and ensuring proper deliverables across hotel construction and renovation projects.

The PMO Tech will handle setup, testing, and troubleshooting, while coordinating plans with Sales, PMs, and customers. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, and Teamwork is preferred.

Responsibilities

• PMO Tech position works collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, internal and external customers.
• There must be a concentrated focus on excellence in project delivery and the overall execution is in accordance with implementation schedules.
• Projects are multi-faceted and comprise varying access solutions for hotel construction and renovation projects.
• Project technical support will vary based on the scope of the project.
• Proactive communication with project management during the life cycle to ensure proper deliverables.
• Manage tasks such as Mobile Key Interface Setup, Testing for New Installs & Retrofits, and General Troubleshooting.
• Participate in Planning Calls with Sales, PMs, and Customers; manage scheduling of customer support calls.
