Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Plano, TX is seeking a PMO Technician in Hospitality to drive project delivery with internal and external stakeholders. You will manage scheduling, coordinate multi-project activities, and support installations and retrofits across hotel projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, and Teamwork preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with Sales, PMs, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Key Interface Setup.
• Testing for New Installs & Retrofits.
• Vostio Setup and Testing Pre-install Testing.
• General Troubleshooting and Technical Support.
• Special Projects and Assignments as requested by the PM Team and/or Management.
• Participating in Planning Calls with Sales, PMs, and Customers.
• Managing the Scheduling of Customer Support Calls.
• Job/Product Training for new PMO Team Members as needed.
