Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Quality Director to lead the Program Management Office for a major utility capital program. You will establish governance, drive quality management systems, and provide strategic leadership across projects to ensure compliance, performance, and execution excellence.

You will partner with executive leadership, clients, engineering, construction, and operations teams to deliver value, reduce rework, and uphold safety and regulatory standards on a field-based program requiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline required.
• Minimum 15 years in program or project management within utility/infrastructure sectors.
• Minimum 10 years in leadership of large multidisciplinary teams.
• PMO leadership on large-scale utility/infrastructure programs desired.
• Experience with quality systems governance and client/regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO for a large utility infrastructure program.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and performance metrics.
• Develop program-wide quality management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Facilitate executive governance reviews and reporting.
• Ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments and regulations.
• Oversee risk management, cost control, and schedule performance.
