Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking a Project Coordinator I to support planning, coordination, and execution of PMO initiatives. You will work with Project Managers to maintain schedules, documentation, communications, risks, and reporting, coordinating smaller projects with guidance.

The role emphasizes organization, written and verbal communication, and the ability to track multiple tasks across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years in project coordination or related function.
• A bachelor's degree may substitute for part of the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, meetings, resources, deliverables, and timelines with PMs and teams.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, task lists, action items, and documentation.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; escalate as needed.
• Assist PMs in monitoring progress and reporting status.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and status updates.
• Facilitate routine project meetings and follow up on actions.
