We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Transformation Project Coordinator to support enterprise-wide technology initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment. This role is part of the Project Management Office (PMO) and is instrumental in coordinating large-scale IT transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project coordination skills, a solid understanding of financial services operations, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-functional project activities supporting IT transformation efforts across banking operations, risk, compliance, and customer-facing platforms.
• Support Project Managers and Portfolio Leaders in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise PMO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal audit controls.
• Track and report on project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including executive dashboards, regulatory reporting, and audit-ready artifacts.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress.
• Assist in the execution of change management activities, including training coordination and stakeholder communications.
• Support PMO participation in regulatory examinations, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and sharing lessons learned.

II. Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience coordinating projects in a financial services or banking environment, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., OCC, FFIEC, SOX).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, risk-sensitive setting.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities (strongly preferred).
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports (preferred).
• Familiarity with banking systems, application development, and testing processes (a plus).

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Analyst role, ideally within financial services or banking.

Certifications:

• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications (a plus).
• Agile or Scrum certification (a plus).
