Job summary

QCS Staffing Ltd is seeking a PMO Performance & Improvement Lead for an initial 12-month contract in the US (Ohio). The role focuses on delivering end-to-end lessons learned, KPI tracking, and standardized PMO tools across multiple functions to drive project performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a PMO, process improvement, or program operations role.
• Demonstrated experience building or managing KPI dashboards, scorecards, or similar reporting tools.
• Track record of taking lessons learned or audit findings through to implemented fixes, not just documentation.
• Need to be a genuine collaborator, not just an analyst.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of lessons learned and best practices.
• Partner with functional leads to track prioritized KPIs and show how functions support projects.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards for PMO health reporting.
• Run audits and design standardized tools, templates, and processes across the PMO.
