Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking a PMO Master Scheduler to develop and oversee comprehensive project schedules for the PMO Major Construction Team. You will ensure schedules meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings detail orientation and expertise in predictive scheduling, Earned Schedule, and large-scale construction scheduling, with a focus on resource optimization and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience creating and maintaining integrated master schedules for large construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project with focus on schedule integrity.
• Strong knowledge of ES, EVM, and schedule performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain owner-controlled integrated master schedules.
• Create detailed WBS for scheduling and monitoring.
• Coordinate with supply chain to align timelines and procurement.
• Plan resources (labor, equipment, materials) to prevent bottlenecks.
• Forecast milestones and mitigate delays using predictive scheduling.
• Identify critical path activities and propose mitigation strategies.
• Link cost baselines to milestones to improve schedule forecasts (ES).
• Track SPI and EV metrics to enable proactive risk management.
• Identify scheduling risks and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with PMs, contractors, vendors, and clients on timelines.
• Assess impact of changes on the schedule and adjust plans.
• Contribute to scheduling best practices, templates, governance tools.
• Ensure schedules comply with contracts and regulatory requirements; document for audits.
• Progress tracking and real-time reporting with dashboards.
• Support data-driven decision-making with verifiable reports.
• Oversee adoption of Generative Scheduling tools across projects.
