Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of capital project experience in regulated industries.
• Experience leading projects in the $500k - $2M TIC range.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, construction, CQV and startup.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, governance models, and controls.
• Act as owner's representative and primary client contact.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and risk across project phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
