ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PMO Establishment & Frameworks
  • Design and implement a centralized PMO structure tailored to Procurement & Logistics global operating model.
  • Standardize PMO governance tools, including project charters, business cases, milestone trackers, issue and risk logs, RACI matrices, playbooks, and executive dashboards.
  • Develop a PMO maturity roadmap focused on adoption, continuous improvement, automation, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Program Oversight & Leadership
  • Lead high-impact procurement programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, functional partners, and business unit needs.
  • Establish tiered governance models, steering forums, escalation pathways, and executive portfolio reviews to manage risk, complexity, interdependencies, and resource prioritization.
  • Own portfolio-level prioritization, resource planning, capacity visibility, and governance across savings, supplier programs, digital procurement, risk reduction, and category transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with Category Management, Supplier Management, Third Party Risk Management & Sustainability, Digital Procurement, and Procurement & Logistics leadership to validate business cases, savings assumptions, benefits tracking, and realized value.
Tools & Reporting
  • Lead adoption and administration of PMO tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Visio, and Microsoft Project to enable real-time tracking of milestones, risks, decisions, and portfolio health.
  • Develop executive dashboards, status updates, KPIs, and value realization metrics to support decision-making, transparency, savings impact, risk reduction, and business benefits.
  • Collaborate with Digital Procurement and IT to deploy integrated tools, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve visibility, decision-making, and execution discipline.
Change Management & Training
  • Drive adoption of standardized PMO ways of working across global procurement teams through stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and onboarding.
  • Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and support initiative owners and GCMs in applying PMO processes and expectations.

REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, program management, procurement transformation, or operations governance within a global enterprise.
  • Demonstrated success in building and operating PMOs or similar governance frameworks in procurement, manufacturing or operational functions.
  • Proficient in project and portfolio management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio and Power BI.
SKILLS:
  • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
PREFERRED:
  • Experience operating in a matrixed, cross-cultural environment.
  • Background in procurement within the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated adoption and use of AI enablement technologies.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Work Environment, Working Hours & Travel Expectations:

The role is US-based: Milpitas, CA - Hybrid or US, Other - Remote. It operates in a global, matrixed procurement environment and requires regular collaboration across multiple regions and time zones, including the United States, China, Malaysia, India, and Israel. Flexible working hours, with an emphasis on evening availability, may be required to support global meetings, executive reviews, critical milestones, and urgent business needs. Periodic travel may be required to support supplier engagements, leadership meetings, transformation workshops, cross-functional planning sessions, and other business-critical activities. Ability to travel to China, Malaysia, India, and Israel in addition to Milpitas, CA (corporate office) without restrictions is necessary. Travel frequency and duration will vary based on business priorities and will be conducted in accordance with company policy.
