Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification from PMI is required.
• 7+ years of progressive IT project management experience, including at least one full ERP implementation.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, including staff or team leads.
• Experience establishing project management processes, governance, or PMO functions.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern the PMO framework, governance, and processes.
• Lead Workday HCM/Finance implementation and related campus projects.
• Supervise 1-2 project coordinators/analysts and build PMO capability across IT.
