Job description

PMO Incident Manager - Hybrid Chicago, IL

This incident manager will be joining the PMO organization. This person should have a background in incident/change management, but this will not be a hands-on/technical role. They will be responsible for reviewing runbooks and recommending enhancements for better runbooks. Additionally, this person will be responsible for running workshops around incident/change management.

Location:

Chicago, IL (on site 3 days/week)

Base pay range:

$55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in incident/change management
  • Project Management background
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience completing table-top exercises
  • Experience with runbooks
  • Experience running workshops
  • CURRENTLY LOCAL TO CHICAGO
Compensation and Benefits:

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
