Job summary

Ericsson Inc. in Plano, Texas, seeks a MACS Networks PMO Director to lead a team of project managers and drive high-quality results.

The role is part of the PMO leadership team reporting to the Head of PMO, based in Plano. You will champion the Ericsson Project and Program Management Methodology (EPPM), manage budgets and resources, and ensure projects align with business goals while delivering on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT or related field (MBA preferred).
• PM certification such as PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 is desirable.
• Fluency in English; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at high quality.
• Champion the Ericsson Project and Program Management Methodology (EPPM).
• Monitor project financials with a focus on margins and performance.
• Oversee governance and change management for critical projects.
• Uphold standards and promote PM best practices across the team.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with efficient resource management.
• Support business objectives and contribute to growth and profitability.
