Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with project documentation, planning, and status reporting.
• Maintain project documents and libraries for easy access.
• Prepare meeting agendas and capture detailed notes and action items.
• Draft updates and summarize progress for stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze project performance data and KPIs.
• Develop simple dashboards or reports to highlight metrics.
• Support process-improvement initiatives and PMO procedures.
• Gain exposure to MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, and Jira.
