Job summary

Kforce is seeking a PMO Data Specialist in Orlando, FL to support data enablement, Power BI development, and governance across project portfolios. The role partners with PMO leadership and IT to enhance reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities include data collection, validation, SharePoint maintenance, and process automation using Power Automate. A 3–5 year background in BI/PMO is preferred, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IS/analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years in data analysis, BI, PMO operations, or reporting.
• Hands-on Power BI with data modeling, visuals, validation.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, and maintenance of the PPM platform and Microsoft 365.
• Build and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting views for project visibility.
• Collect, validate, transform, and analyze data from approved sources for quality issues.
