CEL Critical Power in Williamsburg, VA, is seeking a PMO Specialist to oversee governance, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting across the on-site project portfolio. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams in Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production and Finance to keep data accurate and provide executive visibility.
The role requires 5+ years in PMO or manufacturing scheduling, strong analytics, and proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.

An Irish-based manufacturer, distributor and exporter of electrical switchgear, controls and related products with over 40 years of experience, CEL is now firmly focused on supplying the global data center industry at scale. Operating from our 500,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Williamsburg, Virginia, we aim to double in size each year for the next three years.
Reporting to PMO Leadership, the PMO Specialist is responsible for maintaining governance, scheduling, forecasting, reporting and portfolio controls across CEL's project portfolio on-site in Williamsburg VA. The role ensures project, cost and schedule information remains accurate, supports executive decision-making, and drives cross-functional coordination across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production and Finance.
