Job summary

Feedinkoo is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join its PMO team in the United States. The role focuses on supporting ongoing projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring timely delivery.

The ideal candidate brings strong project planning, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement across the organization. Reporting to the Manager of Project Management, you will help develop timelines, manage risks, and maintain project documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing small to medium-sized projects with strong delivery outcomes.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Office) and systems automation.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong logical thinking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while supporting team-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the PMO team, including scheduling meetings and documenting key decisions.
• Maintain project documentation such as minutes, decision logs, status reports, and RAID logs.
• Assist in planning by updating timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Independently lead smaller projects or workstreams with timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project inquiries and schedule coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and share project updates.
• Document options and outcomes to support effective decision-making and escalate issues when needed.
