Job summary

Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA) is seeking a PMO Analyst in Tysons (McLean), Virginia to support planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will coordinate activities, maintain documentation, and track schedules and budgets under the PMO Manager, while partnering with business and technology teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years in project coordination/PMO/Business analysis; 5+ years preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of PM methodologies/frameworks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong capacity to learn business processes quickly.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• PMO experience and tech project exposure preferred.
• Experience with PM tools: MS Project, Planner, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• CAPM certification preferred; Agile/Scrum certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the Association.
• Coordinate project activities and maintain project documentation.
• Track schedules and budgets, manage action items and risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and ensure adherence to PM standards.
• Support smaller projects independently under PMO Manager supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams.
