Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a PMIS Specialist; Data Analytics for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP) to deliver analytics, dashboards, and data governance across portfolio, program, and project levels. The role focuses on PMIS data integration, reporting automation, and transforming stakeholder needs into scalable analytics solutions.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in a related field, strong PMIS/data analytics experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, and data

Qualifications

• PMIS and data analytics capabilities required.
• Experience with data integration and governance practices.
• Ability to deliver actionable reporting for PMO and executives.
• Strong skills in dashboard development and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMIS data integrations, pipelines, models, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL, Python, and related tools.
• Build Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, forecasts, and executive reports for portfolio, program, and project performance.
• Integrate and reconcile data from project, financial, ERP, and operational systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve decision support.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable analytics and PMIS solutions for large, complex programs.
