Job summary

Luster National is seeking PMIS Configuration Consultants to implement and support PMIS modules for large-scale infrastructure programs. You will configure budgets, schedules, cost controls, and reporting while ensuring data integrity for program governance.

You will build integrations across PMIS, scheduling, document management, and ERP systems, automate data flows with SQL and Python, and partner with controls teams to deliver auditable, reliable data. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years implementing, integrating, configuring software systems (Unifier, P6, Kahua, or Procore).
• Experience configuring processes, workflows, security roles, and user access in an enterprise platform.
• Experience building integrations between enterprise systems (APIs, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Configure PMIS processes for budget, cost, change orders, payments, risk, issues, cash flow, and earned value.
• Configure security roles, user access, and integrations between PMIS, scheduling, DMS, and ERP systems.
• Develop data models and dashboards aligned with client reporting requirements.
• Automate data extraction and reconciliation across PMIS and other systems using SQL/Python.
• Collaborate with project controls managers to support program controls requirements.
