Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks a PMIS Specialist; Data Analytics for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP). The role focuses on delivering robust PMIS data integrations, dashboards, and governance across large-scale infrastructure programs.

You will design and automate analytics solutions, collaborate with PMO and executive stakeholders, and ensure data quality while supporting critical decision-making efforts. This is a client-facing, full-time opportunity with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IS/Engineering/Data Analytics).
• Experience in PMIS, data engineering, BI, analytics or reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, data modeling and dashboard development.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems with data quality and governance practices.
• Experience collaborating with PMO, project and executive stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PMIS data integrations, pipelines, models, and reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, SQL, Python, and related tools.
• Build Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, forecasts, and executive reports for portfolio, program, and project performance.
• Integrate and reconcile data from project, financial, ERP, and operational systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve decision support.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable analytics and PMIS solutions for large, complex programs.
